Real-time app rendering — each workspace is served in a sandboxed iframe per session. Switch desktop, tablet, and mobile viewports instantly; refresh, zoom, and annotate with execution isolated from the Canvas shell.

AI chat interface

A conversational delivery loop: describe product changes, constraints, review requests, or deployment questions in plain English. Use @prd, @trd, or @plan to target governed documents; responses stream live.

Auto-generated docs

Canvas derives PRD, TRD, and Engineering Plan artifacts from the app and project context — built for enterprise review, architecture handoff, delivery planning, and downstream approval flows.

Annotation overlay

Pin feedback directly onto app elements and filter by Issue, Idea, or Question. Export annotations for team review, sprint planning, QA follow-up, or approval evidence.

Resizable workspace

Drag the divider to balance chat, docs, code, runtime, and preview — or collapse chat for full-canvas focus mode. Workspace state persists across panel resizes.

Agent tool calls

The AI calls structured tools — switchWorkspaceView, updatePrototypeHtml, writeFiles, saveSnapshot, and runtime tools — through a server-authoritative loop. Write tools update the workspace; exec-class tools stay guarded by approval and sandbox policy.
